The Power District: The Power District is a funky, eclectic part of the city and enjoys a prime location adjacent to the Downtown, Depot Park and Cade Museum, and historic intown neighborhoods. Gainesville Power District is a grassroots neighborhood movement with a sense of stewardship, quality of life and the greater good. Our mission is to inform, enlighten and ensure that the Power District is a place worth caring about. We are the Power District. Sense of community, pride and quality of life are NOT negotiable.
